For uttaranchali people, it will act as a plateform for
their advocacy and exchange of information. UTC will be
a very important plateform due to its linguistic
approach, in this manner this site will definitly near
to acess of common people of Uttaranchal. This is the
right time to develop web community specially in the
mountain region of uttaranchal. though there are
limitations but very soon this technology will be
available and functional right from Mana village to
kedarnath, gwaldam and far beyond. I hope UTC will also
promote journalistic approach and the writers,
photographers etc. to smooth operation and updating of
brainstroming issues of Uttaranchal in future. My good

uttaranchaltimes.com website. it is gradually developing
and improving. my blessings are with surveer. i wonder
what trait of mine has inspired him and how. this is
undue
respect to me. i think, i do not deserve it.
